• Concrete formwork
  Lead and assist in the setup and preparation of formwork for concrete pours.

• Concrete Finishing
  Execute skilled concrete finishing techniques to achieve high-quality surfaces.

• Blueprint interpretation
  Interpret and work from construction blueprints, ensuring accurate implementation of project specifications.

• Supervision
  Provide guidance to entry-level carpenters and collaborate with the construction team to ensure project timelines are met.

• Quality control
  Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of completed work with established standards.

• Safety oversight
