• Take a lead role in finishing carpentry projects, Help and guide less experienced 2nd carpenters with carpentry tasks;

• Coordinate and lead a team of finishing carpenters, ensuring efficient collaboration and adherence to project timelines;

• Interpret project plans, specifications, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of finishing details;

• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure finished products meet the highest standards and adhere to project specifications;

• Mentor and guide less experienced carpenters and assistants.

Proven experience as a Finishing carpenter in a leadership role;

Extensive knowledge of finishing carpentry techniques, materials and tools;

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications;

Strong leadership and team management skills, guidance and tips to improve the knowledge of the more junior team members;

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work;

Able to work physically, including lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
