Perform concrete construction tasks, including formwork assembly, reinforcement installation and concrete pouring and finishing;

Work closely with the 1st concrete carpenter, project managers, and other team members to ensure the execution of concrete construction projects;

Ensure the quality and accuracy of concrete construction work, and conduct inspections and address any issues to maintain high quality work;

Provide guidance to entry-level carpenters and collaborate with the construction team to ensure project timelines are met;

Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of completed work with established standards;

Identify and resolve challenges to the concrete construction work in collaboration with the team;

Proven experience as a Concrete Carpenter;

Familiarity with concrete construction techniques, formwork assembly and finishing;

Ability to interpret concrete-related blueprints and project specifications;

Team player with good communication skills;

Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality concrete construction work.
