WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Dusting Surfaces, Dusting and wiping down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment, to remove dust and dirt.
- Vacuuming and Sweeping, Vacuuming carpets and rugs, sweeping hard floors, and using appropriate techniques for different types of flooring.
- Mopping floors with appropriate cleaning solutions to maintain cleanliness and remove stains.
- Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, sinks, urinals, and other restroom fixtures to ensure hygiene.
- Checking and refilling supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels as needed.
- Wiping down mirrors, windows, and other glass surfaces to remove smudges and stains
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is advantageous but not always required; on-the-job training may be provided.
- Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE) and its proper use in a cleaning context.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Ability to identify and address areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
