WHAT WILL YOU DO

Working with technical drawings, preparation data, and/or instructions
Measuring, marking, and cutting materials according to specifications
Collecting and organizing pre-processed materials and components
Performing preparatory operations such as punching, deburring, and drilling
Assembling and tack welding components
Carrying out welding work that must meet strict quality requirements

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Welding standards: preferably AWS D1.1, alternatively NEN-EN-ISO 9606-1
Experience with one or more of the following processes: GMAW, FCAW, 135, 136, 138
Skilled in welding steel S355
Ability to work in the following welding positions: 3G up + 1G + 2G or PA, PC + PF (full and partial penetration welds)
Experience welding materials with a thickness of 5–30 mm
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Assist in the installation of trim, molding, and other decorative elements to enhance the appearance of interior spaces;

Aid in the preparation and installation of cabinetry, shelving, and other built-in fixtures according to project specifications and design plans;

Support the hanging of doors, windows, and hardware, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality;

Assist with wood staining, painting, and finishing techniques to protect and enhance the natural beauty of wood surfaces;

Help with the installation and finishing of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl, with attention to detail and craftsmanship;

Assist in the construction and installation of custom furniture pieces, such as bookcases, benches, and entertainment centers, under the guidance of experienced carpenters;

Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, plumbers, and painters, to coordinate work activities and ensure seamless project execution;

Learn to use hand and power tools, including saws, drills, sanders, and nail guns, safely and effectively to perform carpentry tasks;

Follow safety regulations and guidelines on job sites, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to established safety protocols.

WHAT WE EXPECT

Previous experience in construction or related field preferred, with exposure to finishing carpentry considered a plus;
Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills;
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude;
Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods;
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest quality.
