WHAT WE OFFER YOU

Opportunity for a permanent contract;
Weekly payment on Friday;
Accommodation with a single room;
Stable projects, 40h/week and possibility to work overtime;

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Set up and dismantle formwork systems (e.g., Peri, Doka, traditional timber) according to technical drawings and plans
Check measurements, levels, and alignment of formwork before concrete pouring
Ensure proper installation of reinforcements (rebar, spacers, anchors) within the formwork structure
Supervise the safe and correct pouring, compacting, and curing of concrete
Coordinate with crane operators, material suppliers, and site supervisors to ensure efficient logistics
Identify and resolve technical or crew-related problems on-site quickly and effectively
Train and mentor new or junior workers in correct formwork techniques and safety procedures

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Proven experience in concrete formwork (5+ years preferred)
At least 2 years experience as a Foreman or team leader
Strong knowledge of traditional and system formwork (Peri, Doka, etc.)
Able to read and understand technical drawings
Good communication and leadership skills
