As a Foreman E&I, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical and instrumentation work on our projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of installations, maintenance, and repairs related to electrical systems and instrumentation devices. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.
Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Technician in electrical and instrumentation work.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation devices, and relevant tools and equipment.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as NEC, NFPA, and API.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation problems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Certification or licensure in electrical work (preferred).
Prior experience in the construction or industrial sector (preferred).
