WHAT WE OFFER YOU

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of painters and laborers on-site.
- Read and interpret project drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Ensure surface preparation, priming, and painting are performed according to company and industry standards.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of finish and durability.
- Monitor progress and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU
- Minimum 5 years of painting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation, coatings, spray application, and specialty finishes.
- Familiarity with a range of industrial, commercial, and residential painting techniques.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
