WHAT WE OFFER YOU

Opportunity for a permanent contract;
Weekly payment on Friday;

Stable projects, 40h/week and possibility to work overtime;

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Lead and manage a team of painters on job sites;
Ensure all painting work meets the company’s quality standards;
Organize and assign tasks to team members to ensure project deadlines are met;
Inspect surfaces before and after painting to ensure proper preparation and finish;
Monitor the use and maintenance of painting tools and equipment;
Ensure safety standards and regulations are followed by the team;
Train and guide team members to improve their skills.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

At least 3 years of experience in painting and 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
Ability to read and follow project plans and instructions.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to ensure high standards of safety and quality on job sites.
A valid driver’s license is preferred.
