WORKING IN INSULATION

In ORANJEGROEP's Insulation Department, we focus on providing reliable, high-quality insulation solutions for buildings and industrial projects. Our team ensures energy efficiency and safety across all installations, working with precision and expertise. Joining us means being part of a skilled team dedicated to delivering solid results on every project.

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

  • Opportunity for a permanent contract; 
  • Weekly payment on Friday; 
  • Accommodation with a single room; 
  • Stable projects, 40h/week and possibility to work overtime; 
  • Assistance with getting necessary certificates (BSN, VCA, GPI); 
  • All the special tools and orange gear you need; 
  • Transport to work or a company car. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Oversee and manage a team of insulation installers working on industrial projects. 
  • Ensure all insulation installations are performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. 
  • Organize and assign daily tasks to the team to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency. 
  • Measure, cut, and apply insulation materials to various industrial equipment, such as pipes, tanks, and boilers. 
  • Track the progress of projects and offer guidance and support to team members as needed. 
  • Inspect completed insulation work to confirm it meets the project’s specifications and standards. 
  • Provide training and mentorship to less experienced team members, emphasizing the importance of safety and quality in their tasks. 

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

  • At least 2 years of experience in industrial insulation, including a supervisory position. 
  • Solid understanding of safety protocols in industrial environments. 
  • Skilled in safely using both hand tools and power tools. 
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy materials and working in various positions. 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. 
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results. 
  • Capable of following instructions and working efficiently under pressure.
