WHAT WE OFFER YOU

  • You will receive your salary weekly on Friday; 
  • Possibility of a permanent contract; 
  • Transport to work or own company car; 
  • Accommodation with single room; 
  • All the special tools and orange gear you need; 
  • Help with getting necessary certificates (BSN, VCA, GPI); 
  • Long running projects with possible to work overtime. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  1. Measure and cut insulation materials, such as fiberglass, foam, and cellulose, to fit specific dimensions and areas as specified in construction plans and blueprints;

  2. Apply insulation materials to walls, ceilings, floors, pipes, ducts, and other surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment;

  3. Install vapor barriers, insulation supports, and other accessories to enhance the effectiveness and durability of insulation systems;

  4. Seal joints, seams, and penetrations with appropriate sealants and adhesives to prevent air leakage and moisture intrusion;

  5. Coordinate with other tradespeople and subcontractors to integrate insulation work with other construction activities, such as framing, drywall installation, and HVAC installation;

  6. Follow safety regulations and guidelines on job sites, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to established safety protocols;

  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage and disposal of materials, tools, and equipment;

  8. Assist in the cleanup and removal of debris and waste materials from job sites as needed;

  9. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in insulation installation techniques and materials.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

  • Previous experience in insulation installation or a related field preferred;

  • Familiarity with insulation materials, tools, and techniques used in construction projects;

  • Ability to read construction plans, specifications, and blueprints;

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work;

  • Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces;

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors;

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
