WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- We provide transport to your workplace or a company car;
- Possibility to work overtime on long-term projects;
- You will receive your salary weekly, every Friday;
- There is a possibility for a permanent contract;
- You will have accommodation with a private room;
- All the special tools and orange gear you need;
- Help to get important certificates (BSN, VCA, GPI).
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Lead and supervise a team of painters on the worksite
- Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to team members
- Check the quality of painting, preparation, and finishing work
- Make sure all safety rules and company procedures are followed
- Order materials and keep track of tools and equipment
- Report progress, challenges, and needs to the project manager
- Train new workers and support less experienced painters
- Solve problems on the site and make sure deadlines are met
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU
- Experience as a painter, preferably in a senior or team-lead role
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings or work instructions
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Understanding of safety rules and worksite regulations
- Driver’s license (if needed for the role)
