Supervise and coordinate pipefitting activities on construction sites, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation;

Lead a team of pipefitters and helpers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects;

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to plan and execute piping installations in accordance with project requirements;

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure the timely and efficient completion of piping systems;

Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality to ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications;

Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures;

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges encountered during pipefitting activities;

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily progress reports, material usage, and manpower hours;

Provide regular updates to project management on project status, issues, and concerns.

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a pipefitting apprenticeship or technical training program preferred;

Minimum of [X] years of experience as a pipefitter, with demonstrated leadership experience in a supervisory role;

Strong knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation techniques;

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications;

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team;

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure;
