WHAT WILL YOU DO

Supervise, coordinate, and lead scaffolders and laborers on-site.
Plan daily scaffolding operations in collaboration with site supervisors and project managers.
Ensure scaffolding structures are erected, altered, and dismantled in compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Conduct pre-task planning, hazard identification, and toolbox talks.
Inspect scaffolding materials and structures regularly to ensure stability and safety.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Proven experience as a Scaffolding Foreman or Senior Scaffolder (5+ years preferred).
Valid scaffolding certifications (e.g., CISRS, OSHA, or local equivalent).
Strong understanding of scaffold design, load ratings, and industry standards (e.g., TG20, SG4).
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Excellent knowledge of construction site safety practices.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
