As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for erecting, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures to provide safe access and support for construction and maintenance activities. Your role will involve working with various types of scaffolding systems and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements. This position requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and proficiency in scaffolding techniques.

• Previous experience as a scaffolder or in a related construction role is preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of different types of scaffolding systems, components, and accessories.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards governing scaffolding operations.

• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions and at heights.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.

• Willingness to undergo training and certification in scaffolding safety and techniques as required.
