WHAT WE OFFER YOU

Opportunity for a permanent contract;

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Assist scaffolders in the assembly, erection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures according to safety standards and project specifications;
Carry and transport scaffolding components, tools, and equipment to and from job sites;
Assist in the layout and positioning of scaffolding components, including frames, braces, and platforms;
Secure scaffolding components in place using bolts, clamps, and ties to ensure stability and safety;
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to safe work practices;
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and productive work environment;
Learn from experienced scaffolders and actively seek opportunities to develop skills and knowledge in scaffolding operations;
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently.

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus but not required;
Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods;
Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions;
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take on new challenges;
Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
