WHAT WILL YOU DO

Prepare surfaces by sandblasting, power tool cleaning, or chemical washing as needed.
Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings using airless and conventional spray equipment.
Mix and thin coatings according to manufacturer specifications and job requirements.
Mask and protect non-painted surfaces to ensure clean lines and prevent overspray.
Inspect surfaces for proper preparation and coating thickness (DFT) using gauges and visual check

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

Proven experience as an industrial sprayer or coatings applicator.
Knowledge of coating systems including epoxy, polyurethane, zinc-rich primers, etc.
Ability to read and interpret technical data sheets (TDS) and safety data sheets (SDS).
Familiarity with surface preparation standards (e.g., SSPC/NACE).
Comfortable working in elevated, enclosed, or physically demanding environments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
