Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as necessary to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality;

Select and mix paint and coatings according to specifications, ensuring proper consistency and color matching;

Set up and operate spray equipment, including spray guns, pumps, and air compressors, to apply paint and coatings to surfaces;

Adjust spray gun settings, such as air pressure, fluid flow, and spray pattern, to achieve desired coverage and finish quality;

Apply paint and coatings to surfaces evenly and efficiently, following painting procedures and safety guidelines;

Monitor paint application for defects, such as runs, sags, orange peel, and dry spray, and make adjustments as needed to achieve a smooth finish;

Perform quality inspections of painted surfaces to ensure adherence to specifications and customer requirements.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sprayer or similar role in a painting or coating environment;

Proficiency in operating spray equipment, including spray guns, pumps, and air compressors;

Knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and application techniques;

Strong attention to detail and ability to achieve high-quality finishes;

Good physical condition, including the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods;

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with coworkers and supervisors
