Oversee and lead a team of concrete carpenters in executing various construction projects. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment;

Advanced knowledge of concrete construction tasks, such as formwork, assembly, reinforcement installation and finishing. Knowledge and experience with different formwork systems;

Make sure that the quality and precision of the teams work is up to standards. Do regular inspections to address any issues;

Uphold and enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols on construction sites. Promote a safety-first culture among the team.

Proven experience as a Concrete construction foreman;

In-depth knowledge of concrete construction techniques, including formwork, reinforcement and finishing;

Ability to interpret technical concrete-related blueprints and project specifications;

Strong leadership and team management skills with excellent communication skills;

Report project progress, challenges, and solutions, Lead and guide the construction team to ensure highest quality and safety standard.
