• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution;

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and other construction personnel to ensure timely completion of project milestones;

• Monitor and enforce adherence to project specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards;

• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to identify and address any potential safety hazards, quality issues, or deviations from project plans;

• Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, including foremen, carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow and productivity;

• Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process, working collaboratively with stakeholders to find effective solutions;

• Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and documentation, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders;

• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and expectations;

• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address challenges, and provide feedback on performance;

• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Proven experience as a construction supervisor or similar leadership role in the construction industry;

• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials;

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders;

• Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and tracking project progress;

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;

• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry;

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed
