• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers. Mask and cover areas not to be painted to protect them from overspray;
• Operate and maintain spray equipment to apply coatings on various surfaces. Ensure an even and smooth application of paint, varnish, or other coatings;
• Mix and match paint colors to meet specified color requirements. Verify color accuracy before and during the spraying process;
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all painting activities. Dispose of paint and waste materials in accordance with environmental regulations;
• Inspect finished surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.

• Proven experience as a Sprayer, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting;
• Knowledge of different types of coatings, paints, and application techniques. Ability to interpret and follow specifications and blueprints;
• Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving high-quality finishes;
• Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines in painting.
