Assist in the installation of trim, molding, and other decorative elements to enhance the appearance of interior spaces;

Prepare and install cabinetry, shelving, and other built-in fixtures according to project specifications and design plans;

Hang doors, windows, and hardware, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality;

Perform wood staining, painting, and finishing techniques to protect and enhance the natural beauty of wood surfaces;

Install and finish flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl, with a focus on precision and craftsmanship;

Construct and install custom furniture pieces, such as bookcases, benches, and entertainment centers, to meet client requirements;

Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, plumbers, and painters, to coordinate work activities and ensure seamless project execution;

Use hand and power tools, including saws, drills, sanders, and nail guns, safely and effectively to perform carpentry tasks;

Follow safety regulations and guidelines on job sites, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to established safety protocols;

Minimum of 2 years of experience in finishing carpentry or a related field, with a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and materials;

Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in finishing carpentry, with a focus on safety and precision;

Ability to interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately;

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest quality;

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
